Convergent Performance employs people in sales, marketing, technical writing, editing, and subject matter experts (SMEs) from the various industries we work in. Many of the positions are based out of our headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO, though we can be flexible with remote employees, especially our SMEs.
Open Positions
Part-time, Contracted Instructors
Convergent Performance is The Human Reliability Company. We work with high risk, error intolerant industries to reduce error from a personal accountability perspective. We often seek to employ part-time, contracted instructors for short- and long-term projects, which require individuals to travel from a couple of days up to one week at a time, teaching 6–8 hours per day.
Current topic areas where instructors are needed are aviation maintenance and safety management systems, as well as additional intellectual property derived from our founder, Dr. Tony Kern’s books, Blue Threat and Going Pro. Interested individuals should become familiar with both books before contacting Convergent for possible consideration as an instructor. Potential instructors are first asked to complete an interview with the company President and Director Operations. If chosen for further consideration, applicants are asked to present a 15–20 minute summary of the two books and how they apply to their own professional and personal lives.
