Patriotic Solutions Shouldn’t Waste Your Time or Money
During times of change, when budgets shrink and priorities shift, getting the right training for your staff of civil servants becomes even more critical. As a Veteran Owned Small Business (VSOB) with a strong blend of civil and military service, we understand the strengths you bring to the table, as well as the operational constraints you currently face. We can help you prioritize reliability and responsible use of resources through improved performance, accountability, precision, and professionalism.
You need to prioritize reliability, improved performance, precision, accountability, and professionalism without wasting any of your valuable resources.
We have relationships with highly capable and experienced Prime and Subcontractor organizations that facilitate access to even more resources and capabilities, and we employ management and quality-control approaches that are based on experience supporting, managing, and leading major programs for our nation’s public sector branches.
Services Offered:
- Keynote Presentations – Customized creation and delivery addressing current organizational issues on a topic of your choice to larger audiences (for live, in-person presentations between 60–150 minutes with optional Q&A after presentation).
- Training Workshops – Offering the same expertise and unique presentation of a Keynote for specialized delivery of your selected training topic for groups between 5–35 people. Workshops can be scheduled for a minimum of a ½ day, up to a full week, to match your desired depth and number of trainees. Workshops include interactive participation, classroom exercises, and printed guides with additional improvement opportunities.
- eLearning – Accessible online 24/7 from any device, these courses feature the same unique presentation and depth as our training workshops with greater flexibility for units whose work makes scheduling live workshops more difficult. These slick courses feature multiple activity types, role playing scenarios, and downloadable resources for every participant.
- Training Aids and Subscriptions – Isolated training sessions almost never solve the larger cultural and operational problems they purport to address. While many of our training programs include post-training materials, these aids and subscriptions can also be purchased separately. Products include posters, micro videos, focused one-page articles, all designed to hit your training objectives without breaking your budget or tightly-coupled schedules.
Popular Training Topics:
- Safety Culture and Compliance – To truly enact change that leads to fewer incidents and accidents, this training focuses on compliance and culture in your workplace. By focusing on both supervisory and line personnel, change resistance is overcome and positive culture change becomes organic.
- Professionalism – Professionalism is a term that is often used without a full understanding of its history, meaning, or importance. This program defines five levels and six domains of professionalism to provide an improvement pathway using deliberate practice to grow in your career from compliance to full engagement, mentorship, and service-minded leadership.
- Leadership – Especially in the public sector, leaders are often promoted without much formal preparation for their new tasks. Our program develops effective leadership capabilities to ensure every team, mission, and task has the necessary guidance and resources to minimize cost and maximize success rates.
- Teamwork and CRM – In demanding, high-stress civil servant workspaces, it is imperative that personnel receive support for their psychosocial wellbeing focused on developing cognitive flexibility, emotional regulation, effective teamwork, and responsible use of resources.
- Fitness for Duty – A wellness curriculum and support package that combines systemic support and holistic personal health as the best ways to combat physiological challenges like fatigue that degrade the performance and effectiveness of even the best civil servants.
- Integrating New Technologies – Discover ways to harness technological advancements that enhance human-machine interface skills, utilize the latest in automation, and provide proper task and workload management for highly advanced jobs.
